Making Olive Oil
Goal: Explain how to make olive oil and learning about it.
Equipment needed:
Olives
Giant stainless steel blades
Spinning drum
Instructions:
Step 1: Collect all the olives you need.
Step 2: Pick all the leaves off the olives.
Step 3: Clean, mince and stone the olives.
Step 4: Stirr the pulp in giant stainless steel blades to release oil from fruit.
Step 5: After an hour the mixture is transferred to a spinning drum.
Step6: Several weeks after, the oil is kept in a constant 18 degrees celsius.
Step 7 Settle before the oil is bottled and ready to sell.
