WALT: Use side or edge lengths to find the perimeters and areas of rectangles, parallelograms, and triangles and the volumes of cuboids.

Rich Assessment Task: WALT:  Use side or edge lengths to find the perimeters and areas of rectangles, parallelograms, and triangles and the volumes of cuboids.

Problem 1) 9 by 4 because 9+9+4+4=26 which is the smallest perimeter in a rectangle.
Problem 2) 8 by 6 because 8+8+6+=28 which is the smallest perimeter in a rectangle.
Problem 3) 3 bags because 30 times 20=600 meters squared and each bag has 200 meters squared in it.
